• well-equipped kitchen, newly fitted in 2009, with wall and floor units, marble work top, electric oven, gas hob, extractor, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Shuttered windows to the front garden with sea glimpses.
• two double patio doors (with new green aluminium shutters) lead to the covered terrace which is furnished with a large table and 6 chairs, perfect for alfresco eating
• further steps down lead onto the terrace and patio areas around the private (unfenced) swimming pool. The pool (with night lights) is naturally heated by the sun’s rays and is not over-looked. There is ample garden furniture, including sunbeds, cushions, parasols and small tables
• spare garden furniture, buckets & spades and inflatables for the pool can be found in the attached garage, to which guests have access. There is also a washing machine for guests' use.
  
• there is also a purpose-built barbecue – great for getting the occasional chef enthusiastic about cooking!
• the roof terrace is accessed from the dining terrace – for sunbathing or clothes drying – but there is a stair gate to keep smaller visitors away
• a travel cot & a high chair are available at no extra cost – please bring your own bed linen for this though
• an iron & ironing board are at the villa as well as hairdryers
